Fistly go to blogger site
login your account and
go to setting , in setting
go other
:- there you have  shown
features like IMPORT,
EXPORT or DELETE.
for post backup click
on EXport  , there
option come download
, dowonload it, its your
post back up....

NOTE:- you load your
post back any other blog
also, also load in wordpress
and other etc....

HOW
LOAD YOUR BACKUP
OF POST

where you want you load
a backup of your post ,
there click  on import
and select your file and
after load there option
come publish , click on
publish your post load
on your blog and published
succesfully.
But , their i explain about
blogger, firstly go your
blogger account , click
on setting and then click
on other their option come
IMPORT, EXPORT
and DELETE.
Click on IMPort and select
your file in your drive , and
publish it.

NOTE:- This way you import
or export your blog. HEre you
also permanent delete your blog
, by click on DELETE option.....

First Method:--- Firstly open command  prompt( if you don't  know how open it follow this step :--- firstly hold window  key and then press R (win+R). After this  run bracket display .
